Recruitment:

  • The selection and recruitment of new-entrant Deck, Engineer and Electro Technical Officer Trainees.

Training Management:

  • The management of all aspects of training required by new entrant candidates to the maritime industry.
  • Meeting the training requirements of SSTG Member Companies for experienced candidates to qualify for the issue of CoCs up to Master and Chief Engineer.
  • The organisation of a wide range of ancillary training and qualifications required by seafarers in the British Merchant Navy.

Grant Funding Claims Service:

  • SSTG provides a full Grant Funding Claims Service, irrespective of whether a company has contracted us to manage their training needs.
